Our house is situated 4.2kms from the city centre. We live in a quiet mature neighbourhood, close to lots of shops and places to eat. We are 6kms to Trinity college and 2.8kms to DCU. You can get over 7 buses to the city centre that come every 5 minutes. We are also 15 / 20 minutes walk to the DART train station. The number 15 bus runs 24 hours 7 days a week.
We have 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We also have a self contained Granny Flat apartment with 4 beds, private en suite shower and kitchen / dining area.
