I’m live in a very modern 3 bed semi detached house in a quiet cul de sac in Clonsilla Dublin 15. My son is 12 years old and attends the local secondary school. I have a spare single room for use with a small double bed. My home is very close to transport links, the nearest bus stop is just steps away from my front door. 39/39A/220 to Blanchardstown shopping centre, Dublin City Centre and ITB college . 15 min walk to Clonsilla train station. Location is near to the The Phoenix Park, The National Aquatic centre, Dublin Airport, M50/N3 motorways.
