About us

Hi, we’re Dean (Daddy), Jade (Mammy), Éabha (Big Sister Age 8) & Aaria (Little Sister Age 7)I'm Jade, Mammy to Éabha and Aaria, I’m 35 and I run my own business Ready Steady Play South East, where we provide weekly classes through play, music and movement for children from Newborns - Primary School. I make my own schedule and usually work while the kids are in school. When I'm not working, I love the simple things in life. Being able to drop and collect the kids from school, park days, I love horse riding, walks on the beach and family movie time and cinema days.I’m Dean, Daddy to Éabha and Aaria, I’m 36 and a carpenter. I like rally cars and spins in the jeep with my family, cinema time and going for family walks.I'm Éabha aged 8, my favourite teddy is bunny, I love art and swimming. I'm Aaria aged 7, my favourite teddy is snuggy, I love dance class and hugs.As a family we like to eat out, play board games, watch TV, build lego, have dance parties and go off on Sunday spins together exploring different places locally in Ireland. I had the incredible opportunity to stay with your family for a month in the city of Waterford. And it was wonderful! Being with you as my first host family truly enriched my exchange experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to this new culture. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and supported, which made all the difference in adapting to a new environment. Throughout my stay, the interaction was frequent and very clear and I learned a lot from you, even if it was for a short time. I am so grateful to each member of this lovely family, and a special thanks to 'Host Mother' for her patience! I will always carry this experience with me and look back on it with fondness.
