The O'Connell Family

There are 6 in our family, myself Carol my husband Tony and our 4 children and a dog. There are 1 boy and 3 girls. Our dog is west highland terrier named jake.We live in blarney a small village about 4 miles from the city centre. Whilst blarney is a small picturesque village it holds its sense of community whilst being very close to the city centre. We live a short walk to the very famous blarney Castle.Our children enjoy Irish dancing horse riding, gaa - hurling and football and camogie.We have hosted for many years different nationalities both long term students and summer students, we enjoy learning about their culture and families and making them feel part of our family
