The Murphy Family

We are the Murphy family. I work part-time with children with special needs, and my husband, Dermot, is a self-employed auto electrician. We have two daughters: Caitlin, who has just completed her second year of a Science degree at university, and Saoirse, who attends a local secondary school. Both girls also work part-time at weekends. We live in a comfortable, modern family home in a peaceful crescent on the outskirts of the city, with local shops, cafés, and gyms all within walking distance. We are well connected, with a reliable bus service to Galway city and the seaside in Salthill. As a family, we enjoy meeting new people and experiencing different cultures, as we have a real love of travel. Saoirse plays rugby, while Caitlin enjoys playing the electric guitar.
