My name is Aoife. I am in my 30s and a mam of 1 son. I work part-time in the mornings, collect my son from school and I am kept busy with all his social activities. I like the gym and socialising. This is a comfortable 3 bed semi-detached home in a quiet cul-de-sac. The room to rent is a spacious and bright double/twin room, a bedside drawer, a desk and a large fitted wardrobe. The bathroom is modern with a shower/bath and a sink. The kitchen has all modern conveniences including an oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine dryer and everything you need to cook. I have a south facing back garden sun all day long. Our house is located 15 minutes drive from Dublin airport, 15 minutes from Pavilion Shopping centre and 20 minutes from Finglas village. There is a TFI bus routine 196 and also Dublin bus route L89 within 2 minutes walk.
