You will also have your own shelf in the cupboard and fridge. I have a south facing back garden sun all day long. Our house is located 15 minutes drive from Dublin airport, 15 minutes from Pavilion Shopping centre and 20 minutes from Finglas village. There is a TFI bus routine 196 and also Dublin bus route 40B within 2 minutes walk. I recommend bringing your car for convenience. Swords Town is a 15-minute drive and has supermarkets, banks, parks, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. Dublin City Centre is a 30-minute drive too.
