Welcome to our family home in Kells. There's myself and my 3kids, 1 cat, 1 dog. We live in a 5 bedroom house in Kells town, lovely big front and back garden, 10 minutes walk into town. Town has lots of shops, supermarkets, food court, play grounds, park, walk ways. 15mins away is shopping centre and cinema, bowling. Available is your own private studio 40m2 fully furnished. Tv, internet, sofa, fold up bed. Separate utility room with wash machine, microwave, mini fridge and airfryer. Toilet (note: shower is in main house, you can access the main house through internal door). Car school runs mid week. Thursday tennis. Friday movie nights. Saturday is usually a trip to the shopping centre, cinema, bowling. Sunday is usually family dinner and walk in the local forest or kayaking in the lake. Parent is home and always available, drives- can bring children to/ from school, cooks dinners daily, cleans house & laundry, does not smoke nor drink. Parent is qualified social care worker & special needs assistant.
