We’re delighted to offer our comfortable four-bedroom home, perfect for students looking for a convenient and friendly place to stay for a short period. It’s a great space to relax, study, and feel at home. The house is well set up for shared living, with two bathrooms upstairs (including an ensuite in the master bedroom) and an extra toilet downstairs—so there’s plenty of space for everyone. It’s also energy-efficient (A3 rated), which helps keep things warm and costs manageable, and there’s an active alarm system for added peace of mind. At the back of the house, you’ll find a small private garden along with a deck and pergola—ideal for taking a break, getting some fresh air, or spending time with housemates. The location is really convenient for student life. There are gyms and recreational facilities nearby, and the city centre bus station is just a short walk away. You can also hop on the 77A bus to reach the Luas/train station in about 10 minutes, making it easy to get to college or into the city. We’re just 2.5 km from The Square Shopping Centre and Tallaght Stadium, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants close by for everything you might need.
