La familia Rogan

We are a warm and welcoming family of five living in the beautiful countryside of County Longford. Our home, built in 2018, is located on a working farm in a peaceful rural setting surrounded by nature. It’s the perfect place to enjoy fresh air, open space, and a true taste of Irish country life. Our spacious six-bedroom home offers plenty of comfort, along with a large garden and lots of farm animals to enjoy. We also have two friendly dogs who live outdoors and are very much part of our family life. Family is at the heart of everything we do. My husband works full-time, and we make the most of our time together by planning family outings and outdoor activities. We have three children — two boys aged 19 and 16, and a 13-year-old girl — who are all very sporty, active, and love spending time outdoors. Swimming is a particular favourite, and some weekends we visit a fantastic indoor water park just ten minutes from our home. We have previously hosted Spanish students, and it has always been a wonderful experience for everyone. Our children truly enjoy welcoming international students, sharing activities, and learning about different cultures. We strive to provide a supportive, fair, and inclusive environment where students feel comfortable, valued, and part of the family. While students are very welcome to speak Spanish when keeping in touch with family and friends at home, we gently encourage the use of English within the household. This helps students build confidence, improve fluency, and make the most of their immersion experience — all while having fun and creating lasting memories. We look forward to welcoming new students into our home and sharing our family life with them.
