My name is Aoife. I am in my 30s and a mom of 1 son. I work part-time in the mornings, collect my son from school and I am kept busy with all his social activities. I like the gym and socialising. This is a comfortable 3 bed semi-detached home in a quiet cul-de-sac. The room to rent is a spacious and bright double room, a bedside drawer, a desk and a large fitted wardrobe. The bathroom is modern with a shower/bath and a sink. The kitchen has all modern conveniences including an oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and everything you need to cook. You will also have your own shelf in the cupboard and fridge. I have a south facing back garden sun all day long. Our house is located 15 minutes drive from Dublin airport, 15 minutes from Pavilion Shopping centre and 20 minutes from Finglas village. There is a TFI bus routine 196 and also Dublin bus route 40B within 2 minutes walk. I recommend bringing your car for convenience. Swords Town is a 15-minute drive and has supermarkets, banks, parks, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. Dublin City Centre is a 30-minute drive too.
